- All delivery partners must register on this platform and have a Telegram account in order to use this service.

Payment policy is for driver to collect payment on collection from the store.
This is for all stores except GuocoTowers, City Square Mall, Republic Plaza, Palais Renaissance, FellasCube and Changi Airport, in those cases, the system will prompt you to input your claim for the system to transfer you.
Current payment rates are as follows:
8km and below: $8
8.01km – 16km: $12
More than 16km: $15
These rates apply to all Vendors except:
Changi Airport
<6km $6
>6km $12
Payment for non-cash jobs by PayNow every Monday Evening.
- Accept job from ezQR x Delivery Telegram Channel.
- Call the Store before proceeding for Pick Up.
- Pick up order within 15 minutes of accepting.
- Click ‘Pick Up Done’.
- Deliver order within 45 minutes of Pick Up.
- Click ‘Delivery Done’ after delivery is complete.
- Up to 3 jobs from the SAME PICKUP LOCATION may be stacked, if drop-off locations are geographically close
- Jobs indicated with (Pre-booking) are more than 2 hours from scheduled delivery time.
- No job cancellations by Delivery Partner will be entertained. All orders accepted must be fulfilled. In the event of emergency, contact ezQR Support.
- If Vendor or Customer cancels at any point, Delivery Partner will be informed by the Vendor.
